In a session I will help to find out what your needs are, inspire to set healthy boundaries and increase awareness by simple meditative excercises. As an intuitive mentor I will share tools which has worked for me, and encourage you to practice self healing.
A variety of methods will be integrated in the sessions, such as attentive listening, guided inner journeys, simple breathing exercises, creativity, affirmation, body awareness, Water Oracle and dreams.
